2) Prices in table above are valid on following conditions:
a) All wiring will be
surface mounted (clipped to skirting or wall),
b) Front panel will be on-surface type,
c) Front door is made of wood and fitted with
"Yale" type latch lock,
d) If not present than cost to install standard "Yale" type rim latch lock is
£45
e) In case of new installations each flat will be fitted with 1 handset
situated by the front door (within 1 meter).
f) In case of replacement (when existing wiring is utilized) 1 handset per
flat will be fitted in place of existing ones
3) Extras: (only if requested)

4) Warranties
a) In case of new installs
all parts, cables and fixtures are covered by

years warranty.
b) In case of replacement all replaced parts are covered by
